This is a privacy policy that explains what kind of information about visitors to the website (iampossible.se) is handled, how it is done and why.

Type of information we collect

We receive, collect and store information that you, as a visitor, provide to our website. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information and methods used to navigate away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (name, email address); payment details, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations and personal profile.

Why do we collect information?

We collect the above information for the purposes of:

Ship products to the appropriate person and address.

To be able to contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related and promotional messages.

How we collect information

When you sign up for our newsletter, submit a message in a form, complete a transaction on our website, buy one of our programs, courses or one-on-one coaching-sessions, or create a membership account, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will only be used for the specific purposes stated above, such as being able to respond to the messages you send us, being able to see that it is you who is making a purchase and not someone else in your name, being able to deliver a product to your address, sending an invoice for a purchase or to be able to send you newsletters.

Our business is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that enables us to sell and market our products and services to you. Your information may be stored via Wix.com data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They will store your information on secure servers behind a firewall.

We use Usercentrics as our cookie banner which uses Google Analytics to collect information.

When purchasing goods in our webshop, personal information such as name, address, email and possibly phone number will be shared with shipping companies to ensure that the products can be delivered to the right person and to the right address and that you as a customer are informed that your order is on its way, where it is and when/where it has been delivered to its final destination.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and that may be used by our company comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When purchasing our coaching programs, courses or individual calls, we send an invoice via Bokio, either for the full amount or divided depending on what has been agreed between us and the customer.

We use Paypal for purchases in our webshop. Paypal handles customer information for companies by sharing necessary data required to complete purchases, such as confirming identity, handling payments and deliveries, and for handling questions and fraud prevention. Paypal promises not to share customer data freely, but only when it is necessary to perform a service or fulfill an agreement. How we may contact you

We may contact you with invoices for the purchase of certain services and products, as well as to notify you about your account, troubleshoot problems with your account, resolve a dispute, collect unpaid fees or debts, survey your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, send updates about our company or, as necessary, contact you to enforce our User Agreement and applicable national laws and any agreements we may have with you, as well as newsletters. For these purposes, we may contact you by email and possibly regular mail.

Storage time

We only store your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill our agreements or as long as the law (e.g. the Accounting Act) requires it.

We continuously clear stored information to ensure that personal information is not stored if it is not needed. When a service, assignment or similar is used up or there is no longer any reason to keep the information, we delete it. Personal information should not be stored for longer than 7 years. As our customer, you always have the right to ask us to delete your personal information. In such cases, we will do so within 48 hours.

Disputes

For questions about possible disputes, we refer you to the website of the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (https://www.arn.se/). They are an authority that can review disputes between consumers and companies.

Right of complaint

According to the Consumer Sales Act, the customer always has a 3-year right of complaint if a product or service is faulty.

Copy of information and withdrawal of consent

You always have the right to be provided with a copy of the private information we collect about you. You can ask us to delete the information or receive a copy of it at any time. If you choose to have the information deleted and you do not consent to the storage of your information, this may mean that certain functions on the website are no longer available to you.
